All Bees Cee Limited is a private holding company engaged in proprietary investment activities. It does not offer goods or services to the general public. This website is for informational purposes regarding the company's corporate identity only.

2. Interpretation

In these terms and conditions—

• articles means the articles of association of the company;
• Ordinance means the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622);
• holder, in relation to a share, means the person whose name is entered in the register of members as the holder of the share.

3. Private Company

The company is a private company and accordingly—

• a member’s right to transfer shares is restricted;
• the number of members is limited to 50; and
• any invitation to the public to subscribe for any shares or debentures of the company is prohibited.
